Our Intelligent Choice Service Program targets a wide variety of pests that you don’t want in and around your home; ants, roaches, spiders, fleas, rodents, ticks, centipedes, and more. It controls over 21 household pests and INCLUDES TERMITE CONTROL.

Research shows that 95% of the pests we control originate from the exterior. Our service incorporates a Quarterly Pest treatment process with emphasis given to exterior applications. Interior services are performed as needed.

We perform this service based on your convenience. We know our customers often lead busy lives and we can perform this service without you having to be at home at the time.

The direct payment option prevents the need for billing and postage and the monthly installments makes the Service cost easy on the budget.

And, by the way, we can include Mosquito control as well.

The ICP Silver program will include our Yearly Moisture Service for any of our customers that have purchased one of our crawlspace encapsulation systems including a dehumidifier and/or a sump pump. It is also for any customers that have an existing crawlspace encapsulation system whose equipment is compatible with our own.
